If a creditor does not file in the alloted time, and your payment amount has been set as well as percentage of 'forgiveness' does that mean that your payback time will be shorter. Many of our creditors didnt file making our amount to be paid back decreased by more than half. We live in NY if that makes a difference. Thanks for your help.
