    How to use Pacer

Okay, I've registered and reviewed my first session in PACER.

    Have a couple questions:

    1) Under Flags, the words or code is MEANSNO,TC what does this mean?

    2) Begin date is 10/14/05. This is when I filed. Then under Time in Status= 63 days. What does this mean?

    3) Then the next column, it shows the number 1. What does this mean?

    4) Then on a different page, the trustee entered "a continuance of meeting of creditors." what does this mean?? this date was 12/8/05.

My 341 meeting was 12/6/05. Could #4 question be because they asked me to mail in additional information, or does this mean another meeting of creditors??

BKfiler is the resident expert on Pacer, I've not paid alot of attention to the different sections & codes. (Just looked up my info, and a few other cases.)

63 days seems to be the time from your file date til now. The continuance is probably because you have to submit addtl info. I don't think its so much a new 341, but your 341 hearing isnt finalized yet.
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

yeah good luck! lol they all change based on what happens to your case. the flags section is used to control the automation of the case by the computers.

for example, i dont have any flags set on my case, yet, lol.

as for the other things i beleive as staci believes - extended because you are supposed to send them stuff. also, go into teh Deadlines/Hearings section to see a clear picture maybe.

the flag meansno, meansyes, meanssu you can read here if you can figure it out:

however, you can call them directly at pacer and i bet they might know.
