US Party /Case Index log in page. This was the way the Pacer paper said to do it. It came with our user ID and password paper in the mail.

I have spent a lot of time on Pacer in the last 18 months and I only spent $33.00 the whole time (18 months)....
So your charges are probably correct.....
Most charges are $.08 per page.
Now if you opened your petition (about 17 pages) all the time and read it continously day after day..... the charges would be TERRIBLE...... Cause each time you open it you would be charged for 17 pages...
Most days I spent $.24 checking history/documents/ and satus on mine....
And finally I got to where I just checked it once a week or every 10 days...
So your charges should be okay......

When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. your opening screen with the header and then the list of things below like 'docket, summary, aliases, etc' cost you money to see? mine is free when i enter my social and that pops up.
anyways, it seems like you are checking correctly. but when you down load documents with 2 pages it is supposed to cost you 0.08 x 2 = 0.16 cents, etc.
why not call pacer to make sure. then you wont be worried. my bill is approaching $1850. im gonna file bk again on it or see if i can include it
