Stiil Getting Bills From One Creditor

On 11/9/2005 I added a creditor to my matrix. Actually, the credit card company changed from Cross Country Bank to Applied Card Bank. While I had included Cross Country Bank on the original matrix, I amended it to include Applied Card Bank to be safe. I filed on 10/14/2005 and had the meeting of creditors on 11/28/2005 -- an interesting experience. Well, we just got another bill from Applied Card Bank.

In reviewing my papers it has come to my attention that I may have omitted a digit when I mailed out their notice. I have not received it back as undeliverable like I did a few others. But the possibilty does exist. WHAT CAN OR SHOULD I DO???

All you need to do is contact them, give them the date you filled BK, and the location, and also the case number. Regardless if they got the notice or not if they are included on the creditor list then you are fine. You will just need to contact them by phone let them know everything I stated, and ask for there correct address to send the notice to them agian. Don't worry, everything will work out in the end.
