Judgement against me - HELP!!

Hey guys,

I already have a judgement against me for a case that was about $47,000. They sent a Sheriff with papers saying "Pay money owed". I want to actually pay my debts off instead of having to do BK. Is there a way for me to talk to this law firm who has a judgement and work out a payment plan? Would this stop them from taking things from me?

What are my options and who should I see? I called some lawyers..... they would only help me if I file BK.

Your best bet is to contact the attorney handling the judgement. Since they already have the judgement, they can start the process to garnish, etc. (unless you are in a state that doesn't allow that). If you contact them to try to work out an arrangement, they may work with you.
