Pacer question...

I have been looking up my case, and it charges me the .08 when I bring up my case, but then when I looked at my petition it told me it was going to charge me for 20 pages at .08 a piece, I clicked ok, because I was reviewing ALL of my documents on pacer...

Anyway... when I go to bill summary it never shows the additional per page charges that I should have incurred by looking at the large documents. Is this right, or will my REAL bill be A LOT bigger than the bill history report I can run in pacer?

Please help, I don't need any surprises...

Well, at a $1.60 for looking I don't think you'll do much damage. But I'd not look too often.

Anyway, I think it's that unless your bill goes over $10, they don't bother mailing you any bill...I might be wrong, but I believe that's the amount...

I am having the same issues....I have looked at many pages, yet it is only charging per log on ...not per page. My billing account goes back to October 3rd, so I'm not sure, I thought maybe they will submit the "real" charges at the end of the month, however October and November have come and gone , and no extra charges. I have a balance of $2.73 or something like that, but that is so far since October, and I go on 3-4 times a week...I hope a huge bill isn't coming.
