we had our 341 yesterday, it was a breeze. the trustee asked about 5 questions. have you read the petition, any changes need to be made. etc. he also asked how we arrived at our home value. told him it was appraised in 2003 when we bought it and the latest value was from comparable sales, he was happy with that and then it was over! i was really worried because we made several amendments but he didnt say a word. where at on pacer can i check for his entry? he did not mention anything about tax returns to anybody, we watched about 8 cases before us. good luck to everyone, and thanks for all the posts.

jal, congrats and whoo-hooo-hoo!
in pacer you can check the 'docket' section. at the bottom he will give his report and you can read it.
but check it once to see if its there. if it is then great. if not then no reason to spend money each day checking that section. if something gets added to your bk case then the main header section area that says 'Date Of Last Filing' will be changed to a new date. when that changes then its time to scout around to see what changed.
this will save you money and time. pacer checks should be 30 second ordeals and free!
thats the best way cuz it leaves you more time and money to check it in 5 minutes from now. just kidding
