We used Legal helpers. We have had no problems with them. I live in Illinois. We were quoted $900 for the case and $209 filing fee. They are great with letting you make payments. They had set up a "mock" deadline to have all payments and paperwork in cause of the mad rush, but anyone who had their payments and paperwork in before "their" deadline were offering discounts!! We wound up paying only $700, plus $210 filing fee. They showed up at the 341, and did a great job "tweaking" our budget.
So everything is going good, we still have our fingers crossed we should be discharged in 8 days!!!!
When ever I had a question I was able to talk to a rep, not my own personal lawyer, but even so I was able to put my mind at ease. They are fast acting in regards to doing things. We had a creditor who started garnishment on my hubby's paycheck, we found out on the day payroll was to be submitted and they fax my hubby's payroll, with in mins and stopped it from coming out.
The only thing is don't bother leaving a message, just call back, it's easier.
