I know an attorney that will take my case since I am overseas. We are moving in March and was going to file bk just before we leave. I will be unemployed once I am back in the states. Should I just wait for 91 days after i am back in the states or is it less hassle if I did it beforehand? Will be staying with parents so i don't know if that will count as household income.
