    ? home interest rate jumping

    filed ch 7 10-15-05 341 12-5-05
    now interest rate is jumping up to 12.125% on my reaffirmed home. this raises the payments $100 monthly. when can we refinance? Also, have 2 forgotten debts that reappeared after 341 meeting. can we add them to ch 7?

    Regarding refinance...I think you'd better wait the 60 days


    The "Forgotten Debts" are easy. Just have your attorney send them the info...

      The missed debts are not a big deal. Would probably be best to amend your petition to include them-I think the court fee for this is $26-28.

      Regarding refinancing your mortgage, that will depend on your credit score, so it will probably be best to make sure things are correct on your credit reports before applying.
      Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's.
