    Does this mean????

Today...I checked pacer and this is what it said:

Awaiting AutoClose 12/26/2005 Order Discharging Debtor(s) (No Asset Case) (Bankruptcy

I even printed acopy of the Discharge of Debtor paper. But onthe back of it is something like, "This court order grants a discharge to the person named as debtor. It is not a dismissal of the case...."

So what exactly does that mean? Apparently we're discharged, correct? what exactly would be a dismissal of the case?

So...what is the next step? How do I begin getting the CB's to start reflecting this so that I may begin repairing my credit? What's the best way to go about this?

Thanks everyone! This site has been EXCELLENT!! I wish they would advertise this to everyone going through bankruptcy. It's a great place to be at while waiting.

Congrats! Dismissed would mean the BK didn't go thru and your creditors could come after you again.
