    Pacer says closing case

    Filed August 28
    341 hearing October 7
    Discharged December 7
Now pacer says "Date terminated: 12/23/2005"
"Order accepting trustee's report and closing case."
I thought it took a full year to close a case after discharge.
What exactly does this mean? Anyone. Thanks.

You case is closed as far as the current court records,

BUT - the Trustee has the authority to petition the Court anytime within the next year to reopen your case should he see fit.... (and he has to have a pretty good reason - expample.... he has found assets you have, you win the lottery or receive a big inheirtance).

So basically, you are completely THRU WITH BANKRUPTCY unless the Trustee discovers something else he can make money off of....

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
