Oh my, you are correct. I wondered what was different. That face, that horrible ghastly face that we all look so forward to reading his posts, has not been here for a bit. I'm with you Oh, do you think he might be out buy supplies for the BBQ? I never did hear what the date was for that shindig.

I think he spent all day at his local BK court on Pacer, not wanting any charges for the new quarter on his personal bill. He just logged on-and I think most courts closed between 4 and 4:30, so its a possibilty.
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

He's secure in knowing he's LOVED....... How could you not love a face like that!!! (Only in your dreams!!!)

Maybe he won the Lotto and now he's out trying to find all of us, yeah SURE!!!

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
