    I know it's not nice...Buttttttt.....

    I know some here would say "Don't do it" (Like Robvi)

    But I'm just that "Dead in the water" type of person and want a bit of fun..(Yes, my type of fun)

    Basically, recalling a (Ahem) "Newcomer" and telling the collectors that "Oh gee, got a bundle recently and I'll give you EVERYTHING you want!"

    Yes, use the bank account which is very negative....But still...want them to "Choke" a bit...Ya know??

    Please? Say "Go ahead, it's your funeral" Please???

        well then how in teh hell we supposed to figure out what you are talking about?

            Sheesh BK...(sigh) OK

            Collector calls me, I tell them "here's your cash" (Bad checking account)

            They hit checking account with check...BOUNCE!!!!!!

            They find out later and call again...

            Maybe they get me, maybe not...

                      Is ok about Mom...She doesn't mean to tick meoff...And mainly I'm sort of angry at life as I remember her self confident, tough, one major ***** when her children were threatened...

                      Now? Well, shaky, embaressed I had to clean up after her..Feed her, do basically everything she "Used" to do easily....

                      I tried (If you remember my postings) to buy her house, pay off my bills and then she could either take the cash and go, or stay as long as she wanted...

                      But no soap...So, I have to (Recommended by a LAWYER no less!) play this game of running and hiding...

                        Genenco, Not passing judgement here. I know that the urge to get back at someone can be almost overwhelming. My concern is for you. What you are suggesting "could" be viewed as illegal and when you come out of hiding, you may have more than financial issues to deal with.
                        Just dream your dreams and scheme your schemes and let them die in the dust. Art

                            Writing a bad check is illegal and bk can't erase that. If it can be proved that you wrote the check and :knew" there was no sufficient cash in the bank, could be construed as fraud.

                            Don't answer the phone, tell them you moved, whatever...
                            I'll be watching, you may never know when or how, but I'll be there. I am there now....
