    $$Cost to Ammend 13..Anyone done this?

    Does anyone know how much it costs to ammend a plan.
    I'm 3 years into a 13 so attorney fees have been paid already (4k).
    Is it usually less? I'd hate to have to pay $4k again so I may shop around.
    I called a few attorneys but they wouldn't quote prices over the phone.
    It should be less I would think since the $$ amounts on Sch J
    have to be changed.
    Anyone done this?? TIA!

    I would THINK it shouldn't cost too much-just a filing fee and a little time for paperwork.
    Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

      I've amended mine a few times, it has never cost me anything. Not a filing fee or anything.
