If you give to charity show a pattern of always doing this and continue to do this if you file for bankruptcy.

I know that some people filing BK really do abuse the system. There are people who abuse everything making it tough on us regular folk who really need assistance at some point. But most people are honest and only use services, whatever, when they need it.

There's a guy who posted on another forum that he'd been using PayPal to take cash advances on his CC's for quite a while. He didn't wanna get dinked for the cash advance fees, so he'd PayPal the funds to his girlfriend's bank acct as non auction purchases. Then he would just get the money from his GF to spend as he needed. He claimed he was doing this to get money for rent and groceries and such. A little here and a little there for well over a year. He wondered if they (the court) would catch it and bring his GF into his BK, if/when he filed.

I am not an attorney. My comments are based on personal experience and research. Always consult an attorney in your area to address concerns related to your particular situation.
