Just showing the good people that care how the burden of proof really works and what the courts look for.

that isnt much of a synopsys but i guess its an idea. hehe
remember that the good folks dont often make it to a court room for these things and its all about the initial stages. that being the first call to the attorney. the game playing beforehand pertains to the 95% of all these cases. in there is the real key
