    What If...

So I was thinking that I may have made a mistake not getting a lawyer even though I have known many to go throuh this without a lawyer. I already paid the fee and all now my question is What happens if the case gets dissmessed (sorry I spelled wrong), Can you file again? And If so how long do you have to do this? I keep finding things as each days pass like in the schedule B personal property, I have nothing and thats questionable. I work but don't have any cash on hand? I dont know if i was suppose to put anything.
    Very confused

go see an attorney and explain that you want them to take over the case instead.

lets not even go there as far as getting it dismissed. go to the court or check pacer and download a few examples they have as well if you dont want to get an attorney. you can use other peoples petitions to try and help you fill yours out maybe. every case is different.

if you set up with an attorney for a free appt. dont tell them beforehand you already filed. tell it to teh attorney directly maybe. if not then they wont understand your situation.

everythign you own must get listed on your forms and exempted or the trustee will take it all. you do have something. your clothes, your tv, your blanket, your jewelrey, your baby clothes, etc.
Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!

      You can amend...

Schedule B should also include your household furniture, clothing, etc. Unless you're living in a hotel room and only wear clothes provided by and belonging to someone else, you should have something to list. I don't know if you literally meant you listed nothing...
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

try getting some cases from pacer like i mentioned or seeking an attorneys help imo.

you are going to have to show that you have no dispossable income or they are going to force you into a chapter 13.

the already filed cases will show you how they did it.

you did liste exepenses and income correct?

what was the amount left over after taking your income and subtracting your expenses out?

how much debt and what kind are you trying to get discharged?

you do not want your case dismissed. if you have money then i would get an attorney to help you imo.
