    Met With Attorney Concerning Motion To Lift Stay

    I sent a message out last friday when I received a motion to lift stay on our home. Latest update: I talked to our attorney today and she called the mortgage company lawyers. They have withdrew the motion due to receiving the first payment from the trustee. It seems the trustee has sat on my money that was taken from my check each week and finally paid the mortgage. Everything is hopefully fine. I say hopefully because with a chap 13 u never know what happens next. I keep up to date at www.13datacenter.com. That shows all the information on your chap 13 case. Thanks for the kind words from you all especially stacimm. You were a great help relaxing my nerves.

      Thanks for the update! I'm sure you were on pins & needles. They should not be able to do that before a holiday weekend!
      Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's.
