Saw your post regarding and inheritance that you will be receiving. You said that you were in your 54 month of a Chapter 13......... and now you have inherited something.

Yes, unfortunately, the Trustee will seize it.

I SURE HATE TO HEAR THAT....... Especially so close to being discharged from your 13.....

You go thru enough grief dealing with the Courts and the Trustee for 5 years and they still want more blood......

I too am waiting on the Trustee to GIVE IT UP............ he won't close my case cause he's waiting on me to sue the parties involved in my case......... (instant money for him).... I never told attorney, nor trustee that I was going to sue, they are just guessing that I will and are waiting to see if I file papers with the Court. I will wait them out.................

Sorry to hear this is happening to you..... I'm like you enough is enough, and sometimes too much is getting pure nasty.....

I was SOOOOO MAD over my home because my mother helped with the downpayment on it and all her hard earned money was going down the tubes because of "clerical errors"......

Hope this clears up soon........
