A Chapter 13 debtor's motion for an extension of time to obtain credit counseling services was not satisfactory, and could not be granted. The motion was not signed by the debtor and did not state whether the debtor had even sought such credit counseling prepetition. To obtain an extension of the time to obtain credit counseling services based on exigent circumstances, a debtor must submit a certification that contains a statement describing the debtor's efforts to contact one of the approved credit counseling agencies and facts and circumstances that rendered the debtor unable reasonably to accept or complete the credit counseling offered within the requisite five-day period.
