I'm with you Callie. My last day for objections was 1/17 and I've still not heard a thing. The pacer shows no update since the trustee report in November. I hope this is a good thing but it would be a big relief to see discharged.Comment

There is no pacer update since the trustee filed his report on 12-05-05.
Meeting was on 11-22, last date for objections was 1-21.
Oh well, soon.

I avoided looking at pacer for about two months and I am probably checking it too much now. Hell this stuff will run you nuts if you aren`t already there.Comment

Well, here it is 2/1 and I've still not heard a thing. Deadline for objections was 1/17. Pacer still shows nothing. I'm getting really nervous now. Do you guys think I should call my attorney again or just wait it out...... Thanks for any advice.Comment

When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's.
