you might be calling the wrong people. maybe thats why the dont return the call. keeping trying different numbers.
you may end up having to take it to them, give them the keys and documenting that its done. make sure to get some proof. take the name of the person you hadned the keys to. like a manager.
but you have to find out who to take it to first.Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!

BK is correct. I had the same problem and my attorney advised me to take the car to the bank that financed the vehicle. I drove to the nearest Suntrust spoke with a collections manager they then called their corporate backruptcy dept. while I was there to verify the bankruptcy. They took my key and gave me a form showing the date, time, mileage, and who I turned the vehicle and keys over to. It took about ten minutes and I was done. I did this the first of January. I had been trying to get them to pick up the vehicle since the first of December.
Also, if your case has not been discharged and they haven't been given judicial permission to do so, they cannot repossess(voluntary or involuntary) your vehicle. You have to initiate everything. They will be violating the automatic stay order against repossessions and foreclosures if they do so. Good luck and I hope that this info helps.
