I just wanted to let everyone know that I am going for my 341 tomorrow afternoon at 2 in Tampa. I filed under the new laws and I will report back probably sometime on Wednesday on how it went for me. Wish me luck.

Definately let us know. I'm from Fort Myers and from what I've read the Bankruptcy Judge there is the same one as here..supposedly he works a few days there and here. (I'm not sure, just on a site I was looking at for judges)
Not positive on how many bankruptcy judges there normally are.Comment

I certainly don't expect to see any judge tomorrow. The trustee assigned to my case is from Sarasota, so maybe she works down there in Ft Myers sometimes too. I'm not sure. I do know that the Middle District of Florida regularly has the most filers of anywhere in the country. There are about 30-40 trustees there.
It's actually quite amazing. Everyone seems to talk about how nervous they are before their 341 and how this month drags along, but I really am quite calm right now. The months since I filed has really flown by. My case is really basic, so I don't feel I have much to worry about. I guess that is what's keeping me calm. That and all of you. Without this forum I'm sure I would've gone out of my mind trying to get this BK over with.Comment

Don't offer any "free" information or thoughts, just answer yes and no to questions..... Trustee is "not your buddy" - he is going to help determine your fate.....
