    My pacer bill. Ouch...

    Well,

    As of yesterday, my case was officially closed. Thats the good news. Then the bad news. My pacer bill was deducted from my checking account to the amount of $70.64 . Looks like reading other cases gets expensive real quick if you aren't paying attention...

    Yep, can get costly if you just POKE AROUND...........
    I've used Pacer for 2 years and spent $60.00 over the 2 years. I don't check it everyday, just about once a week, sometimes 2 times a week......

      You are right my bill was $78, I felt the same way when I seen the bill and now my pacer checking has been little to none.

        minny, if you are just checking pacer for update status on your account hten you shouldnt be charge for that.

        make sure you are using your own local courts link that takes you to a screen that allows you to just use your SS#. once you hit enter you should get a status screen. in that header there is 'Date Of Last Filing'. if that hasnt changed then nothing has been added.

        some people by mistate do a 'ALL Courts Search' from another main site and that costs you money each time.
