    median income data

We anticipate that the Census Bureau Data, the IRS Data, and the Administrative Expenses Multiplier will be updated on February 1, 2006. The U.S. Trustee Program will apply the updated information to cases filed on or after February 13, 2006.

I'm taking bets that this will not be updated today as stated. It is the government after all.

      IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING
      UPDATED INFORMATION
FOR CASES FILED ON OR AFTER 2/13/06

The Census Bureau and IRS Data and the Administrative Expense Multipliers on this page were updated on February 1, 2006. The U.S. Trustee Program will apply the updated information to cases filed on or after February 13, 2006.
For cases filed between October 17, 2005, and February 12, 2006, inclusive, the U.S. Trustee Program will apply the prior Census Bureau and IRS Data and Administrative Expenses Multipliers, available at the following link:

I guess the cost of living is cheaper and the median income will be less for the next 11 days and will go up to the new rates on the 13th. Since these are based on 2005 statistics they should have been adjusted a month ago.

I just looked at the new numbers and they were actually lowered for me in the Tampa Bay area.....only a few dollars though, so it really wouldn't have had any bearing on my case if I would have waited
