Don't know if you all remember my situation, trustee changed us from no asset to asset 1/7 due to our income tax refund, just 2 days before our last day for objections.
We did our taxes last week, faxed copies of federal and state to trustee as they requested. We faxed on our own for faster response and got a letter today wanting 287 days of our refund, which is 2973 as soon as we get refund. LOL. He also indicates in his letter that if we do not do this (we are of course), we will be penalized, case dismissed, complaint filed against us, blah blah blah. I'm just glad it will be soon over.
