There was no mention of tax refunds or returns in my bk proceedings. I have been discharged and closed according to pacer. I had my taxes done and due to a new baby, some federal tax overpayment and losing a great deal of income...my refund is rather large this year. Since there was no mention of this years refund and the case is discharged and closed, am I safe to presume that I'm OK? I sure hope so. We had to surrender a car and are down to one vehicle and desperately need another. These taxes can really help us out in a jam. Thanks for any input...........

well anything can happen, but if the trustee never asked you about it, and you were discharged, and then even closed i cant see something happing imo.Originally posted by swiminindebt
