Involuntary Bankruptcy - Not my company - Order of Default

    Hi,

I've been served papers for a company I used to be an employee of. The papers are mandating an Involuntary Bankrupcy and using my name and former address as the location of the company (it never was).

I have submitted my explaination as a word document to the court, to the attorneys and they continue to have the case proceed to the court. I am personally bankrupt, have no income,,,,and have until 2/16 to correct this. I spoke with the trustee, they won't interceed. Have already send certified copies to the creditors attorney who continues to ignore.

I have to do something by the 16th? Any and all suggestions are appreciated. If I do respond by myself without an attorney, is there a special format I should use other than a word document?

    Thanks,
    Eddie

Now the original company - whose name is it in and whose listed as the primary owner on the business liscense??? And the business address?

In what capacity were you an employee???

Lots of questions, need more info...................

Have you discussed this with your attorney or did you file pro se on your personal bankruptcy?

Did you include these company anywhere in your personal bankrupty?

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
