    Fully Administered?

Wondering if this board can answer a question for me. I went to Pacer to check the status of my ch. 7 case which is due to be discharged tomorrow. There was a trustee report entered in which listed all of my "assets" with amounts and then 0's after in several colums and at the end column it said fully administered. What exactly does this mean?

We like many others on this board are having to turn in our tax returns to the trustee. On the bottom of this trustee's report is says that trustee is waiting to see our returns to close the case. On the list above though there is a column that states 2000 dollars with 0's after and the fully administered mark. Then at the bottom there is another category for 2005 tax returns with ? marks through all the colums. My question, this year we only got back $2007 dollars from our return due to some changes in our financial status. The tax return from 2004 that the trustee looked at, we got back over 5500 dollars. Can you all interpret?
We did submit all copies of our returns to the trustee on Thursday afternoon. Do you think that we may get to keep some of our return according to this information?

    Thank you for any advice!

The posting you are refering to states to the court that the Trustee and found no assets for distribution in your case and the only thing not settled is the income tax refund issue..

Depending when you filed you BK, determines how much of the income tax refund the trustee can take... certain percentag!!

Basically your case is almost discharged and closed except for the income tax issue...

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
