What does this pacer entry mean?

    Hello all,
my last day for objections was 2/10/2006 and here i thought I was safe but today I checked pacer and the following entry was there today : So ordered stipulation signed on 2/15/2006 Extending the time to object to discharge until 3/15/2006.

Does this mean that a creditor has objected?
    Thanks for responding.

I don't think so-sounds like the trustee or US trustee has asked for additional time. I've seen it before, just not sure why it comes up from time to time.
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

Doesn't necessarily mean a creditor has objected, just states that the Trustee has asked for an extension.... The way the were buried under with filings in Oct has surely put many of them in a bind trying to get cases closed..

He may be looking for something, but I imagine its just he hasn't had time to get his paperwork caught up yet.

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
