tax question

I need help!

I have filed my taxes and was expecting a pretty nice return, until I checked the status on the irs site and it says there has been a delay. I have recieved my bankruptcy discharge papers and now am worried that they are going to take my tax return. Would I have gotten something in the mail letting me know they are going to take the return? or they just intercept it? should I have expected this to happen?

I think the only way the IRS attaches your tax refund is if you owe back taxes or child support.

... you think I would have known by now if the trustee was going to take it? there was no talk of it when we went before the trustee.
