Can Barter bills be included in Bankruptcy???

I belong to a barter business and I have $155.00 barter dollars in the hole...can I add this bill to my bankruptcy creditors list?

Someone told me a long time ago that barter dollars cannot be included in bankruptcies...is this true?

This is not something I've ever heard of ... can you give more info?

In general, any debt that you owe can be included though. Taxes, child support, student loans, etc. would not be discharged though.

Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.
