How to recover surrendered property?

I sold 3 acres in 2001 and carried the note. The buyers filed chapter 13 in Dec. and surrended the property (I assume to the court). How do I get the property back? How do I get the stay removed? How do I get it from the court? and how do I get the property into my name?

I was wondering if I could fill out a form and maybe not have to pay a lawyer.
