    question about pay raise

Yesterday my husband called to tell me he'd gotten a promotion at work along with a substantial pay raise. We just filed Chapter 13 last week. I called my lawyer's office and was told that we would proceed with filing with pay stubs 60 days prior to the filing date. The paralegal told me that although the court will require tax returns every year we're in the Plan, there is no indication that it will make a huge difference in our case. What do we need to expect with this? While I'm of course thrilled with my husband's news, I want to be completely above board and prudent in all of this.

Thanks again for the help and encouragement!

Jane-what we were told is a pay raise more than 12% needs to be reported.
Less than that, does not. In case this varies by state, double check with your attorney.
