Converting from 7 to 13
Can someone please tell me where I can get a sample of a Motion to Convert from Chapter 7 to Chapter 13. I'm in Northern District of Georgia. I need this to file on Monday morning. Thanks so much.

Cheryl - why do you want to do that? Give us some details. Did you hire an attorney or file pro se? If you have an attorney did he tell you you didnt qualify for a Chapter 7? You realize a Chapter 7 discharges all your debts and in a Chapter 13 you have to pay a percentage of them. We need more information to give you our opinion. -
motion to convert chapter 7 to 13.
Filing is pro se. This is something I need to do because my circumstances have changed. I've searched high and low on the net for a sample of the motion with no success. I need to be pointed in the direction of where I may go to get a sample for my area (Northern District of Ga).
I will be hiring an attorney, however, this motion has to be filed by tomorrow.
