We own our own business...cash flow is bad right now

We own our own business and have filed a Ch 13, we will be 12 months into it next month (April)...the majority of the BK is the IRS ($26,000.00 aprox.).

We are having trouble getting monies together as our income depends on our business which is slow lately, can anything be done to re vamp the pmts etc.

Talk to your lawyer. If your income has drastically dropped since the time you filed, your lawyer may be able to modify your plan. How much was your income when you filed and what is your income now?
