When we first met with the Trustee and filled out all of our paperwork, my income from the Nat'l Guard was $150/month. turns out that's an exception, as mostly my monthly income is $300 roughly. Should I report this now to my attorney and the Trustee? That would imply more money into my plan. I will be confirmed in about 3 weeks. Additionally, I make a military trip to other States for 2 weeks each year... that's roughly about $1600. When the Trustee reviews my income tax next year, will he see all this? What are your thoughts? PS - This is not my only source of income - I am employed some place else.

The Court reviewed your filed taxes right?? Was this income was included before when you filed your taxes previously?? If so, I wouldn't worry about it. They already know you draw a certain level for monthly service and your trips for training were included previously.
The only concern I'd see would be the impact of the extra $150/month on your overall total income. An extra $150/month is gonna add an extra $1800/year. Do you make over $18,000 in your regular job?? If so, don't worry about it. Typically the Court wants you to report income increases in excess of 10%. So if you make $40K at your day job, then don't worry about it.Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
