I am being sued by an old landlord from 3 years ago. I hope to file 13 sometime in May, trial is in August for this lawsuit. Is there anything he can do to stop me from filing? The suit is for over $9,000. Thanks.

He could say that, then they would probably look at him thinking why is he still trying to sue you.Comment
