    Pacer-How long to get entered?

How long after you file does it take to be on Pacer? We just filed last night and I don't want to keep checking if it's not going to be there for a little bit. I am so anal that I will check every 10 minutes if I don't know otherwise!! LOL

It was 3 days before anything was posted in PACER after the 341.
My last day for objections was March 27th and I am still waiting for something to post in pacer.

Sit back and try to take it easy. It is a long 60 days but it will go by faster if you dont check pacer everyday.

It's my understanding that they don't send you a bill until your account reaches $10 tho! That would stink if they billed you for every 8 cents!!

I have checked pacer, and have seen stuff on people prior to the 341 meeting. Generally, it has been when crediors are objecting to certain things.

apparently the reporting time varies from state to state.. I filled on 1/29 and it was on PACER the very next day!
              Thanks,

Be careful when checking out pacer...I was just nosing around and discovered my bill was already over $10! I did a general search of just a couple of letters and it searched 74 pages!! Wowza...didn't expect that! I figured it would take forever for it to amount to anything, but curiosity gets the best of you!!

                  It's for real now...

Atty electronically filed our claim this morning and we are listed on pacer already! My heart was beating so fast when I saw my name and I thought that this is all for real now!!

I was able to get the date of the 341 and see who my trustee is and all that jazz. I did a query on him and he discharges alot of cases...I hope mine will be added to his list!

Try in excess of $150!! That's the tab I've run up. But I also learned a lot. I just chalk it up to education.

And I DIDN'T mention PACER at this attny Consult yesterday!! HeeHee!!

Yes, it is a very interesting place to visit! You get lost in everybody's files looking for useful information, etc...and before you know it, you forget that you have to pay for it!! LOL
