Wore blue jeans and a t shirt. Was suppose to go at 9:30 and it got backed up to 10:30. Everything went good until he questioned me on a bank account that I listed on the petition that has never had more than $5 in it. I forgot to send in 60 days of statements on that account. Mainly because it is in another town and I never use it, it was only established at the credit union so I could get an auto loan as member, Also on my personal account the Trustee only had a statement for the month that I filed even though my lawyer sent 3 months worth. He requested that I send 60 days of statements for that account, and the statments for the credit union and then he will be fine with everything. The worst part of the 341 was the drive, Left at 6 a.m.,hit Houston traffic and the 100 mile trip took 2.5 hours.

We had ours today, too! I'm glad it's over!!! It wasn't too bad. The IRS and State Tax Commission showed up, but just over some little details--nothing serious.
BKFiler had a "60 Day Club." Maybe we should join or start another one
