Ok, heres the deal. I lent some money out a while back, and they never paid me back. I recently found out they are going to be moving back to Californa, and in my state, if I file with small claims, the person I am suing has to live in my same county. SO........Is it too huge of a risk, I mean, I know that if I won the judgment I would have to give it all to my trustee, which is fine, I just dont want these people that screwed me over to get away with it. Advice on how to go about this and tell my attorney and such greatly needed. Thanks

When you did your bankruptcy did you list the money as being owed to you???
Yes you can go ahead and file a claim against them, but yes the Trustee will take it.....
Talk to your attorney and get back with us....Minny

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
