ohio says it is like 1400.00

my mortgage is 1580.00 , second mortgage is 550.00
my utilities are like 500.00

so what does this do?

They take your actual expenses for secured property. So, don't sweat it. Your mortgage expenses will all come off your income for the means test. You will also be able to use actual utility expenses in your expense form. If it is over what is allowed, you may need to show receipts. I think they will want a 6 month average.
