Is there any conflict with getting a biz licensce & filing Cha. 7? I noticed someone else with a similar question but no replies. Anyone know if their small business is affected when filing a personal BR? I need to get a license to try to make some money but I dont know if I should file BR 1st or get the license 1st? Will they affect each other? :confused:

a BK filing will not negatively impact your obtaining a business liscense. what a BK filing could impact is your likelyhood of obtaining any sort of financing.
