Anyone in Ohio have success with early refi of 13

Has anyone had any success of refi-ing out of their Chapter 13 with just being in a year at their % rate? I can't get anyone to finance a car and don't know what to do? TIA

Yes, I have had some luck. I didn't actually go through with the refi, due to problems with the Trustee, but I could have done it if I had really pushed. Eventually, I figured it was better to stick around for the 36 months and refi out at the % amount, then do it now and pay back 100%.
