How do you think I should do this? Should I wait until after I start making payments to trustee? My issue is that my work requires direct deposit and so I would have to make two big withdrawls a month and I don't want that to raise any eyebrows over at the trustee's office. I have car insurance and home security system automatically deducted from checking which is a total of $90 per month. Any ideas on how to convert to this system...how did you do it?

After the Trustee gets his payment plan situated (put that on automatic withdrawl also)..... then what's left is yours. Write periodic checks or write your check for more than your grocery bill and put cash in envelopes..... save for emergencies, etc. If you leave it in your checking account - YOU WILL SPEND IT................

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
