    Discharged, BUT...

Just wanted to report that Pacer shows we are discharged as of 4/15/06,
however I guess the closing is yet to come, and the trustee still has my 2 grand hes holding onto.

I am glad about the discharge date, but it will be interesting to see how long it takes to actually close. Hopefully by next month.

So far here is our timeline:

    Filed 7/28/04
    Paid off early 2/28/06
Funds Disbursed to Creditors for final payout: 3/29/06
    Discharged: 4/15/06

Still not closed, and trustee still holding on to the money that was overpaid.
Evidently that comes with the final closing and audit. The moral of the story is: DONT HOLD YOUR BREATH!!!!

It's a good thing you didn't hold your breathe, 13inOR. You'd be in the face by now!

I believe Aa said he/she'd found on their Trustee's website the Trustee's funds schedule. Monies in by the 10th of the month get paid out the end of the month. Maybe with your discharge coming 4/15, you'll get your refund and get closed either the end of April or, hopefully, at worst, the end of May.

Hoping your close comes quickly for you!!

Yes, mine does all disbursements on the last business day of the month. So I am sure I will probably get it around mid May. I will just be glad to have it over with! Thanks!!!
Maybe I should change my user name to BlueinOR?????
