We filed Chapter13 old law. Been in it about a year. Just this week we have taken emergency custody of our 8 year old nephew. His mother was arrested for drugs and child abuse and his father is serving a prison sentence. The custody is legal and papers were signed. Do I need to contact the trustee and possibly amend our plan as we have an extra member in the household now? We know we will have him for at least 1-2 years and hopefully for good. Just curious if I need to do anything. Thanks.
