Question About Case Info on PACER

My case is listed as Awaiting Closing in the Pending Status section. Last date of filing is 5/2/06. It seems that I am on my way. Also, the last filing in my account reads as follows:

Objection to discharge due 6/2/06

Trustee NDR Report reads "Trustee Report of No Distribution: Trustee Report of No Distribution - Trustee certifies no receipt of non-exempt property or money; diligent inquiry has been made into the debtor(s) financial affairs; any and all assets in the estate are (a) properly claimed exempt, (b) so encumbered by valid liens to be burdensome to the estate; or (c) of inconsequential value to the estate. All scheduled assets are deemed abandoned. Trustee requests discharge from further duties. for the benefit of creditors of this estate. I have received no funds or property of the estate, and paid no monies on account of the estate. Wherefore, the trustee prays that this report be approved and the trustee be discharged from office.."

Does this mean everything is looking good so far?

When I get my case finally "closed" - I WILL THROW A PARTY NATIONWIDE!!! AND CELEBRATE.........

TRUSTEE still wants to be a A$$$$............... still holding out on me..... I'm fixing to contact the Attorney General and find out why my case is still being held open...... it's starting to "get old" now...... my BK has been going on since 2004....

Got wind by word of my sorry attorney that the Trustee and the Mortgage Company were in a dispute over monies from the auction. It doesn't involve me but its keeping my case open......
