ARE CLINIC VISITS ON CREDIT REPORTS?

*** THIS IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE--ONLY A LAWYER CAN PROVIDE THAT. ***

My posts represent hours of research on and off the web, these forums, my experience, and my opinions.

Well this article explains one thing for me. Why the attnys have us pull our own Credit Reports. Ours show things the attnys wouldn't see if they pulled it. Which explains why some attnys said they could pull it for us for a $50 fee. Maybe they have to pay to see what we see for free.

I can see how several generic "Medical Payment Data" reportings could cost a person a job.

Hubby's company is self insured. They hire a medical plan administrator to take care of the nitty gritty details like paying claims and such. But all plan payments come straight out of the company's pocket.

If a self insured or small company with already high health care coverage costs saw something like that on a person's Credit Report, I could see why an employer would be inclined to pass on a prospective employee.
